Verdantia (Portugal)

Tiago Lagarteira is the CEO of Verdantia, a startupcompany based in Porto (PORTUGAL) that develops cutting-edge technologies inthe field renewable fuels and hydrogen. He received his PhD in Chemical Engineeringfrom the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP). During hiscareer, he conducted research and development activities catalytic reactors forthe production clean hydrogen and other fuels, and electrochemical conversionenergy systems such as fuel cells, electrolysers and advanced redox flowbatteries. Apart from being an invited professor in FEUP during 4 years, hispublications include multiple research articles, 2 patents and more than 20 oralpresentations in international conferences and workshops.
