Practical Tips:
- One-page only: a single-page portrait poster.
- Export as PDF: Convert your PPTX to PDF before submission to preserve formatting.
- Font size: Minimum 12 pt for readability.
- Test on screen: Is advisable to preview your poster on a vertical monitor to check readability.
DEADLINE
E-Posters submitted by 30 April 2026 will be showcased electronically during the H2Excellence European Hydrogen Academy. There is no fixed limit on the number of e-Posters to be displayed; however, all submissions must address topics connected to the development and applications within the hydrogen value chain.

Note: the file must be in the pdf format and the file’s name should include the author’s names for better reference.

Submission Rules
Only original work will be accepted. Authors must confirm that the submitted work has not been previously presented.
Presenting authors are required to be registered for the event.
Submission Method
Posters must be submitted through the designated online platform.
Any posters submitted by other means will not be accepted.
Each poster submission must include the name of the first author, phone number, and email address.
Authors may edit their posters at any time before submission. After submission, abstracts will be locked and cannot be edited.
Upon submission, authors will receive an email confirmation. If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If still not received, contact the Secretariat at h2excellence.lisbon@leading.pt.
Certificates
Certificates will be sent after the event.
Evaluation of Submitted Work
1. Posters will be evaluated by reviewers appointed from the Scientific Committee.
2. Evaluation criteria include:
• Compliance with the guidelines (Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References, and Keywords);
• Relevance of the study to the development of the specialty area;
• Quality and organization of the writing;
• Scientific quality and rigor;
• Applicability and impact of the results.
3. Poster content should follow these guidelines:
• Introduction: Theoretical framework and study objectives;
• Methodology: Brief description of participants, instruments, and procedures;
• Results: Main findings;
• Discussion: Analysis and interpretation of results;
• Conclusion: Key conclusions, suggestions, limitations, and implications.
4. Poster format:
a. Must be submitted as a single-slide digital file (PPT or PDF), designed for multimedia projection, vertical format (16:9 aspect ratio), with resolution between 150 dpi and 300 dpi;
b. May include photos, figures, charts, diagrams, text, all clearly visible from at least 5 meters;
c. Author identification must appear below the title;
d. Selected posters must be uploaded via a link that will be provided later, by [insert deadline], 23:59, meeting the established requirements.
5. Posters must adhere to the provided layout template.
6. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject posters that do not comply with the rules or do not meet the quality standards required for presentation.
7. The decision of the Scientific Committee is final and not subject to appeal.
