Lisbon Airport
Lisbon Airport is located centrally in the city, approximately 5 km from the city centre. There is a direct connection to the metro’s Red Line via the station at the airport itself.
Invitation Letters
Presentation of an invitation letter is a mandatory requirement for visa applications. Upon request, these letters will be issued to event participants who have completed registration.
Once registration is confirmed, participants may request an invitation letter. This document will enable the necessary visa application to stay in Lisbon during the event period.

Climate
Lisbon’s climate is influenced by both Atlantic and Mediterranean breezes throughout the year. Average winter temperatures hover around 17 °C, while summer temperatures reach approximately 26 °C.
Currency
The official currency of Portugal is the Euro (€).

Health Requirements
There are no specific health requirements to enter Portugal, except for vaccination certificates for travelers coming from yellow fever risk areas.
Hotel Check-in and Check-out Policy
The usual hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 pm. For guaranteed early check-in before 1:00 pm on the arrival day, booking the night before is required.

Language
The official language is Portuguese. However, English, Spanish, and French are widely understood and spoken, especially in tourist areas and service industries.

Hospitals and clinics provide 24-hour emergency services. The national emergency number is 112. Hotels can arrange for a doctor via reception if necessary.
Smoking
Portuguese law prohibits smoking on public transport and in enclosed public spaces. Some restaurants, bars, and clubs may have designated smoking areas.

VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the prices displayed. Visitors not residing in the European Union may benefit from VAT refund schemes at participating stores, resulting in significant savings.
