Registration Fee Includes:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Lunches are not included and should be taken care of by each participant personally. The organisers, however, have worked with nearby restaurants to offer special prices with fixed menus to participants who purchase their lunch vouchers in advance during the registration process. To support participation, eligible attendees may receive EU mobility funding to help cover travel, accommodation, and daily expenses.

Lunches

During the event lunches are not included.

The organizers have created a partnership with Irish&CO restaurant for a set menu with reduced cost.

Participants who buy the lunch for this restaurant will receive a voucher at the registration check-in. Availability to buy this menu is on the registration form for the event.
