IMPORTANT NOTES:

Lunches are not included and should be taken care of by each participant personally. The organisers, however, have worked with nearby restaurants to offer special prices with fixed menus to participants who purchase their lunch vouchers in advance during the registration process. To support participation, eligible attendees may receive EU mobility funding to help cover travel, accommodation, and daily expenses.

The organisers identified three Erasmus+ mobility formats that suit the event’s goals and participant profiles:

• Adult Education Group Mobility – for adult learners and educators.
• Youth Worker Mobility – for professionals working with young people.
