Philippe Tanguy is president and principal consultant in thehydrogen sector at Hynergy Consulting Ltd. and an adjunct professor atPolytechnique Montréal. He has held leadership roles including Chief StrategyOfficer at HTEC Inc., President of Polytechnique Montréal, and Deputy CTO atTotal Energies. Tanguy significantly contributed to Quebec's Green HydrogenStrategy, co-founded the Hydrogen Council, served as president of the WorldCouncil of Chemical Engineering, and also led two industrial research chairs atPolytechnique Montreal. He is a founding member of the Hassan II Academy ofScience and Technology, a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, andholds a Doctorate in Physics (Sorbonne) and a PhD in Chemical Engineering(Laval), with executive training from MIT Sloan.
