Carmen Rangel
Carmen M. Rangel is Research Coordinator at the National Laboratory for Energy and Geology in Portugal, now retired. She is involved in Advanced Research in Hydrogen technologies and solar fuel production, design of new materials/key components for fuel cells and water and CO2co-electrolysers. She is author of more than 400 publications in International Journals and Conference Proceedings and more than 200 reports on Projects/Consultancy to Industry. Carmen is keenly engaged ineducation activities supporting the creation of new skills/knowledge transferin Hydrogen technologies. She acted as a National Representative in the States Members Group of the Hydrogen FCH_JU (2009-2014) and as a member of the Expert Group of the Agenda Process for European Research and Innovation Initiative on Green Hydrogen, contributing to the Strategic Research Agendadocument (2021-2022). Member of TWG Hydrogen SET Plan (2025).
